Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here and considering a Life Unleashed Farm puppy. Our application is the first step in helping us get to know you, your lifestyle, and what you’re hoping for in a future furry family member.

If you have not already reviewed our adoption process and sale contract, please do so before preceding with the application. Both places will answer many, if not all, of the questions that you may have.

I understand that while my deposits are due electronically, the final payment for my puppy will be due in cash at pick-up. *
I understand the pups coat can change colors from dramatic, minimal to no change. Most often the black will fade out to grey indicative of the old English Sheepdog. While some will go full black to grey, some will be salt and pepper. *
